What we collect when you visit our website or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 2, 2026.
Building the Dream Duluth (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital marketing agency co-owned by Matt Lambert and Alex Kozitza, located at 1507 Tower Ave #414, Superior, WI 54880. This policy applies to buildingthedreamduluth.com and to the information we collect when you contact us or become a client.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, enter a giveaway or event sign-up, call, text or email us, we collect what you provide, such as:
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and the services we use may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, how you arrived at our site, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and Analytics below).
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages, as described below.
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our website uses cookies that it needs to work properly, and it uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are visited and how people find us, including whether someone submitted a form or tapped a phone number. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move, click and scroll on our pages (with text typed into forms masked) so we can find and fix parts of the site that are hard to use. Microsoft may use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Some pages include content from other companies, and those companies may set their own cookies: our Google reviews widget (Trustindex), booking calendars and forms (LeadConnector), and videos (YouTube). We also use the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) record visits to our website so we can measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited. You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
When we build or manage a website, ad account or CRM for a client, we may handle information about that client's own customers. We handle it on the client's behalf and according to their instructions, and the client's privacy policy governs it.
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: typically for as long as you're in contact with us or a client, and afterward as needed for legal, tax and accounting records. Then we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, such as secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted account access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP) at any time. To make a request, email info@buildingthedreamduluth.com or call (218) 464-9747. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we'll honor them as required.
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Our website links to other sites, including the client websites in our portfolio. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
We may update this policy as our website and services change. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page.
